By accessing and using Devpalettes ("Devpalettes", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or tools.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Devpalettes, including our Color Palette Generator, Gradient Builder, Color Converter, and all other tools and content available at devpalettes.com.

2 Description of Service

Devpalettes provides free online tools for generating color palettes, creating CSS gradients, converting color formats (HEX, RGB, HSL), extracting colors from images, and checking color accessibility. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

All tools are provided at no cost and do not require user registration or account creation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Devpalettes only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

The Devpalettes website, including its original design, code, branding, logos, written content, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Devpalettes and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Color palettes and gradients you generate using our tools are yours to use freely in personal and commercial projects without attribution required (though it is appreciated). Devpalettes does not claim ownership of the color combinations, gradient code, or converted values produced by our tools.

Our source code is available as open source on GitHub and is subject to its own license terms.

5 Advertising

Devpalettes displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of our tools. By using our website, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may appear on pages throughout the site
• Google AdSense may use cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your browsing history
• You can manage your ad preferences at Google Ads Settings
• Ads are clearly distinguishable from our content and will never interfere with tool functionality
• We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the content of third-party advertisements

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Devpalettes, its founder Ashish Kekaan, and contributors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of and access to the service, or (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service.

8 Copyright & DMCA

Devpalettes respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at contact@devpalettes.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the URL where it appears on our site, and your contact information. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests in accordance with applicable law.

9 Age Requirements

Devpalettes is a general-audience tool. While there is no age restriction on using our color tools, users under the age of 13 should not submit personal information through our contact form. If you are under 18, please use Devpalettes with parental or guardian supervision.

10 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time; continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
